Salting Masterclass and Dinner

Salt is amazing and can be used as so much more than just a basic seasoning. Join us for this Masterclass to learn how to use it for salt baking, curing, brining, pickling and in desserts.
You'll be greeted with a Salted Grapefruit Paloma on arrival and treated to four different demonstrations, with a course to go along with each.
1st course: Salt baking: salt baked beetroot, creme fraiche, toast
2nd course: Curing and confit: duck pancakes
3rd course: Brining and pickling: smoked pork belly, sauerkraut, sticky prunes
4th course: Salt in sweet things: saffron poached pear and salted caramel
Monday's don't have to be boring and bland, let us add some flavour to yours!
