Salvatore's birthday lunch a la italiana

This week is very, very special. Salvatore Grisafi, Hub member since April and a passionate cook, is offering to treat us all to a delicious Italian lunch on his own birthday! How could you say no to that??
Salvatore will prepare some of his favourite dishes in the kitchen, which will include couscous with vegetables made in extra virgin of olive oil from Puglia (the region he is from), pasta, bruschette and taralli with cheese. There will be also gluten-free bread and pasta options. If you fancy helping out with some chopping, you might also learn some secret Italian recipes!
