Description
This session will show you step by step how to log incidents within the Samanage Portal, find useful articles, update any incidents raised in your name and request IT services. All NVS IT users should be using Samanage, and this is a highly reccomended learning session for everyone. We will also clear up some terms that we use on there that may be a little confusing. There will also be a chance for everyone to ask questions.
You are welcome to bring a laptop along to follow the session (If you have already activated your account) If you have a laptop and have not activated your account and wish to follow on, please email rebecca.bickerton@nvs-ltd.co.uk to have your account activated at least 24 hours before the session.
