Samba Drumming Workshop. Wedmore.

Samba Do Bispo is a samba band that rehearse everyweek in wells but for week only, we are bringing the samba to your local village for a 2 hour samba drumming workshop.

No prior experience in drumming is needed, or if you would like more of a challenge, we can adjust your parts to suit you personally.

What can you expect from the workshop?

• A friendly tutor that will teach you your parts in a relaxed and a non expectional way.
• Access to try out all the samba drums on offer.
• Learn a variety of authentic sounding Brazalian rhythms such as Batacada, Funk and Ragga.
• Discover how to play those parts all together as a band with breaks

and solos.

• A recording of what we achieve.
• A light lunch included.
• Early access tickets to Samba Do Bispo Summer Carnival where you will have the chance to show off what you have learnt.
