SAMH Maintaining Wellbeing Reflection Session- Fife
Event Information
About this Event
The sportscotland and SAMH strategic partnership aims to build capacity across sport and physical activity communities. In July 2020, we commenced our series of learning and development opportunities for sportscotland’s professional staff network, with the focus across the series on exploring and understanding mental health and wellbeing in the context of sport and physical activity.
This initial wellbeing sessions that took place across July-October are now being followed up with this Maintaining Wellbeing Reflection session, exploring how you have used learning from the first session, if you have implemented any changes, and how things stand currently for you.
Both these Maintaining Wellbeing sessions are key to us understanding the mental health narrative better, deepening our understanding on a personal level, and having both empathy and experience to incorporate into our future work. This will support our ability to practically make use of tools in our work moving forward.
