What do I need to bring

A comfortable mat/yoga mat as you will be lying down for most of this event, a blanket and pillow and a water bottle. Wear comfy clothing and bring an open heart and mind.

Do I need to prepare

It's best to avoid eating for 2 hours beforehand and avoid caffeine or stimulant drinks and alcohol as the event may stir up your emotions and it's best to be as clear as possible. Do drink herbal tea and plenty of water. Come with an intention about connecting with your spirit guides

Yes, we have several trained shamanic practitioners and energy healers on hand to help, support and guide you in a safe environment

Caution is advised if you have a pacemaker, epilepsy or if you are pregnant for the sound bath and for the cacao it is NOT advised if you are taking an MAOI anti-depressant, if you are taking an SSRI we can offer you a smaller cup of cacao-speak to our facilitators on the day and we will advise you
