Welcome to the Samhain Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath at Interlude!

Join The Holistic Therapy Rooms on October 31, 2025 at 7:15 PM for a 90 minute evening of sacred connection, where we slow down, turn inward, and connect with ourselves during the Ceremonial Cacao Ceremony.

Today In our busy world, we often live from our heads. Cacao gently guides us back to our hearts and our inner landscape, where our truth lives. It creates space for emotions to flow, and deeper knowing to emerge. It’s like a doorway to the soul as we connect within and to our ancestors during this evening of Samhain, as the veil between the two worlds is thin.

We will then move into the Sound Bath with the frequencies of the Gong, Himalayan, Crystal and Alchemy Singing Bowls, various Chimes, Koshi, Vocals, Shamanic percussion.

In Sacred Space you will be fully supported in our sound journey which will regulate your parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress, calm the mind, reduce blood pressure and improve sleep. This evening is a time to restore at a cellular level.

The resonant notes, tones and vibrations from the Gongs, Quartz Crystal, Alchemy and Himalayan Singing Bowls will resonate through you creating soundscapes and sound envelopes that will weave through you and your inner sanctum taking you into that deeper and peaceful dreamy and sleep like state.

Preparing your Space:

Creating your space for your healing and comfort is an important aspect of a healing journey. It's your personal space to unwind. Please arrive before 7.15pm to create your beautiful space.

Please remember to bring:

* A Yoga mat

* A throw/sleeping bag and cushion for your warmth and comfort.

* Crystals if you wish to receive additional healing energies during the session

* A bottle of water to help keep you hydrated.

* An eye mask

*Your favourite mug or cup for your Cacao. (Paper cups wil be otherwise provided).

* Dress warm in comfortable clothing

Then close your eyes, remove all expectations, take a deep breath in and allow the sound journey to commence...

Timings:

Doors to Interlude in Stoke Newington will open at 7pm and close strictly at 7.15pm.

Contraindications & additional notifications:

Please notify Adalet in advance if you have any metal implants or pins. If you have a hearing aid, or if you are pregnant, or have allergies to any Essential Oils, Flowers or Plants.

* If you have Tinnitus, you may wish to lay further back from the Gongs.

* If you have any sensitivities to sound and/or Epilepsy please discuss in advance to purchasing your ticket.

* If you are pregnant, and after the 1st trimester, please bring plenty of cushions (from feedback - large full body maternity/pregnancy U-shaped pillows support well). This is in addition to a mat and throw for your support and comfort whilst laying in a sideline position.

About your Facilitator:

Adalet qualified in a number of Energetic Healing Modalities from 2002 from Reiki Masters and Shamanic practises in Thailand and has further evolved and broadened her skills with qualifications in Reflexology (AOR), Holistic Massage & Holistic Aromatherapy (IFA) and Spinal Touch.

From there The Holistic Therapy Rooms was born in 2010 and grew with additional certifications in Crystal Healing, The Munay Ki Rites, Cacao Ceremonialist, Spinal Energetics and other modalities.

Adalet qualified as a Gong Master Practitioner back in 2018 (accredited) and has since trained with many respected teachers both in the UK and overseas. Adalet also has a CMA accreditation as a Bowls Practitioner with the College of Sound Healing in both Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls.

Adalet is a Shamanic Practitioner and completed the Peruvian Medicine Wheel.

Adalet has very recently navigated a wellness journey of her own and is now in Breast Cancer Survivorship.
