You are warmly invited to gather in community to celebrate Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival that honours our ancestors and marks the turning of the seasons 🕯️

Samhain is a time when the veil between worlds is said to be at its thinnest. It offers a powerful opportunity to connect with our ancestors, receive their wisdom, and honour the lineage that flows through us. Together we will open sacred space to give thanks, offer healing, and reconnect with the unseen realms 🍂

Why Ancestral Healing?

The lives of those who came before us continue to shape our present. Patterns of belief, behaviour, and even trauma can be passed down through generations — not just through stories and culture, but through our very DNA.

Modern science calls this epigenetics: the way experiences and environments can leave an imprint on our genes, influencing how we feel, think, and respond to life. Ancestral healing helps us bring awareness, compassion, and transformation to these inherited patterns.

By honouring and healing our ancestral line, we can:

🕯️ release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks that don’t belong to us
🕯️ create more freedom and choice in our lives today
🕯️ deepen our sense of belonging and connection
🕯️ pass on a lighter legacy to future generations

When we connect with our ancestors, we don’t just look back — we open space for change in the present and healing for the future.

What to Expect

The flow of the ceremony will be shaped by the energies of the group and what feels most supportive in the collective at that time. Here’s an idea of what may be included:

🕯️ Offerings – We’ll bring offerings for our ancestors, spirit, and the land to strengthen our connection and give thanks. You may feel called to prepare a favourite food, create something handmade, or bring traditional offerings such as milk, coins, sweet treats, herbs, alcohol, or tobacco.

🕯️ Guided Ancestral Healing Journey – A deeply healing guided meditation to connect with your ancestors and receive support for ancestral healing.

🕯️ Reiki & Energy Healing – I’ll share Reiki to support balance, release, and energetic alignment throughout the ceremony.

🕯️ Sound Healing with Channeled Frequencies – Intuitive sound (sometimes known as light language) will be shared as a form of sound healing — vocal tones and frequencies that support deep remembrance and cellular release — alongside other sacred sound instruments.

🕯️ Journaling & Reflection – Gentle prompts will be offered to support integration. You can write, sketch, or simply reflect in meditation if writing doesn’t feel right for you.

🕯️ Community Connection – We’ll gather in a safe, supportive circle to honour our ancestors and witness one another in a space of authenticity and belonging.

Who is this for?

This ceremony is open to all (16+). Whether this is your first time exploring ancestral connection or part of your ongoing practice, you are welcome here. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to listen.

What to Bring

• An offering for your ancestors, spirit, or the land (trust your intuition).
• A journal and pen (optional, for prompts and reflections).
• A drink of water.
