Join Phoebe and Lydia as they host a Samhain celebration — the ancient Celtic festival that ushers in the dark half of the year. Together, we'll honour the turning of the seasons and reflect on the cycles of life, death, and rebirth that shape our existence.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This two hour retreat will start with some gentle movement with some yoga postures aimed at grounding you and allowing you to connect with your body.
You'll then be guided through some journal prompts to help you connect with your intentions for the coming season. The session will close with a soothing gong bath, to allow you to relax and restore, ready for the new cycle ahead.

- Please purchase mindfully as we do not offer refunds or class credits. However, if you can no longer attend and wish to gift your ticket to a loved one, we honour name changes on tickets - please just email us with the name of the new attendee in advance of the event.
- This session is not advisable to those who experience conditions such as tinnitus, sound induced epilepsy, PTSD, severe depression, psychosis, heart conditions, have a pacemaker or have recently had an operation. Not suitable for those who have broken a bone in the last 3 months, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
