Alpa is a Business Mindset and Lifestyle Expert and the founder of Mind Matrixx Coaching . She is the UK’s first consultant certified by the world reknowned personal development expert Bob Proctor & the Proctor Gallagher Institute. Alpa has helped change the lives of hundreds of individuals worldwide and continues to do so through her speaking, coaching and mentoring. Alpa is a well-known UK Radio Presenter, her radio career spanned over 23 years and she has quickly become a household name, especially within her home city of Leicester. Alpa is the author of 'Your Super Power Mind'.

THE KNOWING-DOING GAP: There is an enormous difference between what most people know and what they do. We were raised in a world and educated in a schooling system where the focus was on intake of information and giving recognition to individuals for how much they remember. We are now living in a world that isn’t as interested in what you know, but how to get the job done. In fact, the most recognised individuals today are the ones who take significant positive action and who get results! At times we do things we don’t want to through habit, we get results we don’t want, and we do it anyway. This is because of the paradigm in the subconscious mind that controls our actions and behaviours. Alpa’s talk will focus on what is causing people to stay ‘stuck’ in their personal and professional lives, how to overcome this and more importantly how to become ‘un-stuck’.
