After a previous Sold Out show at The Rose Hill, Samuel Organ and friends gather for an evening of solo sets and improvised group performance, exploring the worlds of folk, ambient and jazz across guitar, saxophone, percussion and synthesizers. Samuel Organ is an artist, composer and producer based on the south coast of England.
His work focuses on a blend between organic instruments and electronic music, exploring British folk, classical and experimental music, with themes around the natural world at the core of all his projects. Samuel has worked on guitar and production for artists including Caroline Polachek, Shygirl, BABii, Iglooghost, Sega Bodega and Donna Missal.
Alongside his guitar work, Samuel is a classically trained percussionist, contemporary drummer and pianist, and one of the founding members of the avant-garde jazz group The Physics House Band, celebrated for their visceral live performances and collaborations with the writer/comedian Stewart Lee
