About this event

"Like everything else in the creation, our body too runs on the principle of balance and imbalance. When you are in a state of balance, you exude health, beauty, glow and radiance. However, whenever there is an imbalance, disease and ageing set in.”

Our physical body is just a reflection. Sanatan Kriya works from the core to the periphery.

Learn to manage your stress, achieve a state of internal balance and exude glow and radiance with regular practice of Sanatan Kriya! Only when all the aspects are in a state of balance does a being experience liberation, perfect harmony.

The aim of yoga is the awakening of the Kundalini for liberation from bondages.

No previous experience necessary.

The courses/workshops are always free of charge.

The weekly classes are designed to lead the practitioner, progressively, to more advanced techniques and deeper states of dhyan.

Dhyan Foundation is a spiritual and charitable organisation committed to the cause of spreading awareness about the authentic and undiluted path of yoga, the way it was laid down by Sage Patanjali over 5000 years ago.

Run solely by volunteers who are actively engaged in aiding Creation, as driven and guided on the path of sadhana and service by Ashwini Guruji, a true living master.

PLEASE NOTE

  • You only need to make just ONE order for multiple dates.
