Facilitator: James Routledge
James is the founder of Sanctus and the entire company is born out of his experience of burnout, stress, anxiety and panic attacks suffered whilst shutting down his first company.
He’s now starting his journey as a coach and group facilitator after co-facilitating Sanctus Sessions since their inception alongside a Gestalt therapist.
