Get ready to sweat, run, rejuvinate and refuel at this exciting event happening in the beautiful location of Sand Dancer. We've got every corner covered, from your energising workout, breathtaking run, sea dip therapy, meditation and yoga to recovery to nutrition!

Join us on Sat May 25 2024 at 6:00 AM to kickstart your day with a fun and energizing workout followed by an optional dip, yoga and the best part.. BREAKFAST!

What is your refund policy

Tickets are non refundable

Do we have to take part in everything

No of course not, if there is something you don't fancy, then simply chill on the beach, its May bank holiday, no pressure, we just want everyone to take what they want out off the event

Is the run fast

No this is a social, and so we will have it broken into abilities so no one gets left behind

Is there food options

Parking

Yes there is a car park, they start charging from 8.30/9am so no rush

What should we bring

1. Workout/running attire 2. Swimmers if you fancy a dip 3. Warm clothing for after your dip 4. Towel for yoga, matts are ok but towels better 5. Bottle of water 6. Your phone for those candid and insta shots 7. An open mind and a massive smile, lets have fun, workout, make friends and feel insane!
