A Sales Performance Workshop for Business and Sales Leaders

A person’s ego is their self-image – the mind-sets and beliefs that drive the way they behave. Everybody has times when they score themselves highly, and other times when the score is low, rightly or wrongly. With professional sales people either can get in way of their ability to consistently perform and grow. Whatever their skills or action, if their mind is working against them it will hold them back, and make managing them more challenging.

You are invited to join us for a 2 hour workshop where Sandler sales expert Steve Swatman will give you some fresh ideas and perspectives on the world of selling, and how to oversome some of the common challenges that result from the misplaced psychology of the sales person, and cost you business.

This workshop is a practical, no-nonsense look at dealing with the roadblocks that hold sales people back. These include:-

Failing to uncover the truth from prospects

Lacking the guts and skill to prospect effectively

Wasting time on opportunities that are dead end

Getting wishy-washy outcomes to meetings, and not knowing where you stand

Being too willing to please and lacking professional assertiveness

Not recognising negotiating games and discounting too readily

Forecasting is inaccurate and hopeful

Not getting access to key stakeholders- too comfortable with middle management

Making the same mistakes regularly and not learning from them

Making excuses for mediocre sales performance or deal losses

Not uncovering the real reasons why the prospect should choose you

Qualifications for admission:
• You must be a business owner or senior director with responsibility for revenue generation for your organisation.
