Will there be someone to take our photo?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Just bring your phone or camera and say cheese, and our friendly elves will be able to capture a photo with Santa for you.

Question 2

How long does each visit with Santa last?

Accepted Answer

We allocate about 5 min per family with Santa and Mrs Claus. We will make sure you have a good chat with them, but we are also flexible; we keep the experience relaxed and unhurried, so children can share their wishes and enjoy the moment!

Question 3

Do we need to bring our child’s letter, or are materials provided?

Accepted Answer

We have everything you  will need at hand to write your letter, and this is included in the price, but you can also bring your own!  We will make sure Santa get's it either way.

Question 4

I want to let you more about my booking ahead of the visit

Not to worry, send us an email to tenementhouse@nts.org.uk and our elves will share any extra details that  Santa needs to know ahead of your visit with Santa.

Question 5

How many people can come into the Cottage with each booking?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you bring no more than 2 adults per child.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Only children need tickets.

Question 6

Is the Cottage accessible for prams, wheelchairs, or mobility needs?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, our cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users, as it involves stairs.  Prams can be left in the garden, but please do bring a sling if possible.

Question 7

Is the event suitable for toddlers and babies?

Accepted Answer

Yes – children of all ages are welcome. Babies and toddlers can attend; we just ask that you purchase a ticket for each baby or toddler to see Santa and get a small gift.
