Make Christmas extra magical at Santa’s favourite Scottish hideaway! Tucked into the twinkling heart of our library, Santa is waiting—cosy, jolly, and ready to hear your Christmas wishes! Step into a world of festive wonder, where the decorations dazzle, Mrs Claus is there to give a helping hand and every child leaves with an extra special gift from the man in red himself.
There is also Christmas Baking and special Christmas Crafts on offer this year - don't forget to book!
Follow the scent of Christmas spirit and cheer to our cosy winter café, where you’ll find soul-warming soup, festive bakes, and steamy drinks to keep you merry, bright, and delightfully toasty.

Is there parking available?
Yes there is parking available. There is a £4 parking charge. Members enjoy free parking with a valid car parking sticker. If you are interested in becoming a member, please speak to one of our team or head to our Join page.
Are dogs allowed?
No dogs are not permitted into the Mansion. They have their very own Santa event on the lower lawn.
Important information
Maximum of 4 adults and 4 children at one time.
All children aged between 0–12 MUST have a child ticket to enter.
Large groups that have consecutive slots can enter the house together, but Santa visits are one group at a time.
**Our whole 'A very Tarvit Christmas' event is completely accessible.
***Pushchairs and prams must be left outside the house in the portaco.
Refund Policy:
Refunds up to 14 days before the event.
Terms and Conditions
- You can cancel up to 14 days before the event with no penalty. Eventbrite’s fees are non-refundable, so they won't be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is cancelled.
- If the event is cancelled you will get a full ticket refund, or the option to transfer onto a later date. Travel expenses will not be refunded.
