A Warm Welcome from Santa & his Elf
Journey through the castle decorated halls until you find Santa Claus himself, waiting with his cheerful elf to greet little visitors. Share your wishes, take a festive photo, and carry home a moment that will last a lifetime.
Wreath Making
Join our gardening team in the undercroft to make wreaths crafted with natural foliage hand-picked from our own castle gardens.
Taste of the Season
Indulge in flavours of Christmas with delicious festive food and traditional baking.

Is there parking available?
Yes there is parking available. There is a £4 parking charge. Members enjoy free parking with a valid car parking sticker. If you are interested in becoming a member, please speak to one of our team or head to our Join page.
Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not permitted into the Santa Experince, however they are allowed on the grounds.
Important information
Maximum of 4 adults and 4 children at one time.
All children aged between 0–12 MUST have a child ticket to enter.
Large groups that have consecutive slots can enter the house together, but Santa visits are one group at a time.
**if you have accessibility concerns, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.
***Pushchairs and prams must be left outside the Castle or in the tearoom.

Refunds up to 14 days before the event.
Terms and Conditions
- You can cancel up to 14 days before the event with no penalty. Eventbrite’s fees are non-refundable, so they won't be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is cancelled.
- If the event is cancelled you will get a full ticket refund, or the option to transfer onto a later date. Travel expenses will not be refunded.
