'Santa's Enchanted Express' is heading to Camberley this Christmas and making a festive scheduled stop at The Atrium - on Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th December…

Visitors are invited to enjoy an exciting magical experience, not only meeting ‘Mr Christmas’ himself, but also jumping on board ‘Santa’s Enchanted Express’ train, and being entertained by Santa's favourite and most friendly train conductor.

Event:

After 'checking in' at the station desk by one of Santa's merry elves, visitors will be merrily greeted by the train conductor. After a warm welcome, he will invite the children and thier families to take a seat on board the Enchanted Express train, where he will continue to entertain them with funny and adventurous tales about the Enchanted Express train. He may even lead you in a bit of carol singing!

Once they’ve enjoyed thier time aboard the train, the children will have an opportunity to write their very own post card to Santa. Once they have finished compiling their Christmas wishes, they'll head upstairs to see Santa in his festive nook where he’ll check their names in his ‘Naughty & Nice’ book before rewarding them with a small gift to take home…

‘Santa’s Enchanted Express’ is a pre-bookable activity, lasting around 20mins from start to finish.

Bookings:

Entry to The Atrium’s ‘Santa's Enchanted Express’ event has been split into 30 minute entry slots.

Please arrive at any time during your allotted entry time and ‘check-in’ with the Station Master Elf. You may be asked to wait a short time before being ushered into the event space to begin your experience.

Tickets can be pre-booked using the Eventbrite ticket system. Please book ONE SPACE per CHILD. Adults DO NOT need to book a space for themselves.

Entry / Tickets to ‘Santa’s Enchanted Express’ are FREE, however we welcome a donation to The Autism Trust

If you register for a time slot, but subsequently cannot attend, PLEASE cancel your booking via the link included in your booking confirmation email to allow others to book on to the session.

Walk-in spaces may be available on some sessions to fill vacant spots by ‘no shows’ – however, this will be on a purely first come, first served basis.

No access will be given to visitors unless they have been pre-booked or allocated a ‘walk-in’ space by our Elves. Please bring a copy of your confirmation booking email with you.

Age Suitability:

This experience is suitable for all ages. Whilst younger children may not be able to complete all the specific activities, they will still be invited to participate as normal.

Additional Needs Sessions:

We invite families requiring additional support to book during our 'Quiet Session' time slot (11am – 11.30am) on Sunday 10th December when The Atrium is a little quieter and the children can be allowed more time to complete the activity.

Location:

Entry to the ‘Santa’s Enchanted Express’ event is located downstairs in The Atrium, close to Nando’s – once visitors have completed their experience in the train, they will head upstairs to see Santa, in his festive nook, adjacent to the entrance to Vue Cinema.

COVID Procedures:

‘Santa’s Enchanted Express’ has been designed to be fully COVID-compliant and also ensure that customers feel safe & secure during participation with the activity.

• Staggered start times/booking slots have been implemented to help with queuing.

• ‘Santa’s Stables’ will be held in a large ventilated area with limited numbers of attendees, allowing for appropriate social distancing.

• Hand Sanitiser will be readily available throughout the event space & visitors are welcome to wear face masks if preferred.

Toilet & Baby Changing Facilities:

Toilet & baby changing facilities are available within The Atrium – with the closest public facilities situated upstairs, towards the car park entrance.

Changes to booking times / dates are subject to availability – please enquire with Grotto Elf Staff or through Eventbrite with all change requests.
