Do i book tickets for parents and children?

No, adults do not need tickets - only book tickets for children, e.g. 2 adults &1 child = 1 ticket needed.

How do I check when my time slot is?

You can login to Eventbrite to view your slot or check your emails for your confirmation information.

What if I can no longer attend the event?

Please cancel your space on Eventbrite or email bhflewisandharris@gmail.com so that we can release the slots to our waiting list.

Tickets to see Santa at Willowglen Garden Centre. Please make a donation on the day to The British Heart Foundation on arrival.

Book your ticket for the 30 minute time slot that suits you best to see Santa at his grotto at Willowglen Garden Centre. Each ticket is for one child and accompanying adults. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Book one ticket per child - don't book tickets for adults. Tickets are free to book but we do ask that you bring a donation towards the British Heart Foundation along with you on the day and deposit into the charity bucket on arrival.

Please arrive at the garden centre 5 mins before your slot time, if you are late, we cannot guarantee entry.

If you no longer require your ticket, please cancel on eventbrite by following the link on your confirmation email or emailing bhflewisandharris@gmail.com.
