What is the St Michael's Hospice Christmas Market?

The Christmas Market is a new event full of handpicked stalls for all your seasonal shopping, deliciously festive refreshments, live music, raffles and tombolas. And guess what? Santa heard about it and didn't want to miss out on the Christmas cheer, so set up his Grotto early!

Is there an age limit for the grotto?

There isn't an age limit but gifts will be suitable for under 10s.

Why is the ticket price £5.94?

Accepted Answer

The cost of visiting Santa is £5 per child. 94p is the booking fee which goes to Eventbrite. St Michael's Hospice will receive £5 from each booking.

Question 4

Can I turn up on the day and pay £5 instead of pre-booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. We will have some limited space in the schedule for walk-ups but we can't guarantee a slot will be available. The best thing would be to find the Grotto as soon as you arrive and see what times are available.

How long will my child get with Santa?

Each child will have at least five minutes with Santa.
