Santa is making a very special early trip to the Victoria Bath's Festive Winter Fair this November

A visit to meet him in one of Manchester's favourite historic buildings will be a proper treat for both naughty and nice children alike.

Each Grotto ticket includes free entry to our Festive Winter Fair for 1 adult and 1 child and time with Santa, including a wrapped present.

Additional adults can accompany children visiting Santa. Please buy a Festive Fair entry ticket, on the door or in advance here: www.vbfestivefair.eventbrite.com

The Fair includes 50 handpicked art, craft and food stalls, choir performances, our Tea Room serving the usual treats plus mulled wine and mince pies and our wonderful gift shop.

What's the refund policy?

There are no refunds for Santa's Grotto tickets.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes please, either on a mobile phone/tablet or printed out.

Is it OK if the child's name/age on my ticket or registration doesn't match the one who attends?

Please let us know as soon as possible in these circumstances.

Can I bring 2 or more children to visit Santa together?

Yes, please book tickets at adjacent times e.g. 12.10pm and 12.15pm for two children. If no adjacent slots are available the children will need to visit Santa separately, at different times.

Do I need to pay separately for the Festive Winter Fair?

One adult gets free entry to the Fair with a Santa's Grotto ticket and it's free entry for all children under 16. Any additional adults need to pay the £5/£4 entrance charge please. Tickets are available on the door or in advance here: vbfestivefair.eventbrite.com
