📅 Booking information:
Visits are booked in 15-minute time slots
Each slot has 5 tickets available, but children will meet Santa individually
Arrive 5 mins before your slot to ensure you will see Santa, late shows unfortunately will not be able to visit Santa and will not receive a refund. Please ensure you can attend your slot before booking
Space inside the grotto is limited, so pushchairs and large items must remain outside
Pre-booking is strongly recommended – tickets on the day are not guaranteed
