Welcome to Santa's Grotto at The Clubhouse!

Get ready for a jolly good time at our festive event. Our Santa's Grotto offers a unique experience - a 1 hour time slot in our grotto where you will experience the following:

  • Meet Santa and receive a gift as well as professional photographs sent to you digitally after the event
  • Story time with Mrs Claus
  • Hot Chocolate & Refreshements
  • Reindeer Dust making
  • Christmas Crafts
  • Face Paints
  • Play with our Elves

At our grotto experience there will be a maximum of 12 children present in each slot, meaning that your child's experience with Santa will not be rushed. If your child has any hesitations about meeting Mr Claus, you can enjoy the activities elsewhere in the grotto and come back to see him when you are ready.

Individual tickets must be purchased for each child. Each child's ticket includes maximum two adults to accompany them.

Frequently asked questions

What is your refund policy?

Any cancellation within 48 hours is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than a week prior to the event are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made over a week prior to the event are fully refundable. Cancellations can be made by email to eventsize@hotmail.com.

Can I add on extra adults?

Due to space within the Grotto, we cannot accept more than 2 adults to accompany one child.

Is the grotto fully accessible?

Our grotto is single levelled and fully wheelchair accessible with an accessible bathroom (with changing facilities) available for use also.

Is there parking?

There is free roadside parking available or a free car park available across the road outside Kingswells Community Centre.

Do we have to stay for the full hour?

No you can leave whenever you wish. We do ask that you arrive within the first 20 minutes of your slot but you can leave at any time, although there are lots of activities available so we are sure you will want to stay for the full time!

How old can my child be to attend?

Children can be any age to attend as long as they believe! However any children above the age of 12 are permitted to attend as one of the adults included in a child ticket, however they will not be given a gift or have 1-to-1 time with Santa.
