This exciting, new, interactive theatre experience, Santa's Night Safari takes the whole family on a magical adventure through Lady Dixon Park. This ticket is for the RELAXED performance.

The Brussel Sprouts have been at it again! They’ve been getting up to all sorts of mischief this December in an attempt to ruin Christmas - and only the good people of Belfast can undo their shenanigans and save the day!

The cheeky duo have cast a spell, and it can only be broken once a secret word has been revealed. The safari-goers have to visit each Christmas Character to reveal a letter and piece together the puzzle. Can they crack the code? Can they do it in time for Santa to get back to work? We need them to SAVE CHRISTMAS!!

Armed with a map, participants will explore the park becoming part of this one of a kind Christmas show. Track down the Brussels Sprouts, go Quackers with the ducks, fly away with the Christmas Tree Fairy and dance yourself dizzy with Ginger and Bred the Gingerbread People. And who knows? You might even encounter Mrs Mary Claus the first lady of Christmas herself or even spot Santa on his adventures!

With enchanting displays of twinkling lights illuminating the park, festive food and lots of fun surprises it is sure to be a theatre show like no other to get the whole family into the Christmas spirit.

This is a relaxed session, it is 60 minutes long and suitable for ages 0+.

This session will include decreased lighting and sound, reduced audience numbers and have AccessoLoo on site.

Tickets priced at £10 + booking fee (Children under 2 free), please note ticket price is reduced due to increased daylight and reduced session time.

What's included and how does it work?

This session is 60 minutes long, participants will receive their treasure hunt style map and some little surprises on entry. You'll use your map to navigate the park searching for characters, displays and attractions to tick them off your list. Each character has a special story to tell!

What age is it for?

All ages! The performances are suitable for ages 0+ but it's got plenty to entertain the adults.

Do I need to complete a Covid-19 status check?

As the event is outdoor with limited numbers we are not required to complete Covid-19 status checks under the current regulations. However if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of Covid-19 we ask that you do not attend.

Will we meet Santa?

This isn't a traditional grotto experience though children will get to see Santa and have their photo taken if they wish.

Is it outside?

Yes, we're braving the elements this year so be prepared to wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear for uneven ground. This event will go ahead in all weather. It's an adventure don't you know?

Parking?

Parking is free and available at Lady Dixon Park. However spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis.
