Join me onboard a culinary adventure as I introduce you to a world of fast, healthy and creative Middle Eastern food.
Having recently lost 50lbs through eating my delicious and nutritious dishes, I would now like to share my ideas with you.
The classes will demonstrate simple, affordable, fun dishes that can easily be prepared at home, and leftovers can be used the following day for packed lunches, or changed into new dishes.
All prepared food is enjoyed at your demo.
£25 per person per session, you will go home with printed recipe cards of what you learn to cook, which can be easily stored away.
All my dishes on the night will also be pointed to the Weight Watchers Smart Point programme.
