30 secs exercise, 4 different moves then 30 secs rest. You don't need to move to a beat, or keep up with anyone. Your workout, your speed. Di will encourage good form and teach you how to do the exercises well but it's up to you how hard you go at them.
This class will push your fitness higher and raise your metabolic rate for the rest of Saturday......
