About this event

The Sanskrit word "satsang" combines "sat" meaning true, essence, reality and "sanga" meaning association or company.

In our fast-paced world, we're creating a space where like-minded people can gather virtually to slow down, share authentically, and practice deep rest together.

Each gathering follows a simple rhythm:

We'll begin by dropping into our bodies with a pranayama practice, using the breath to guide us into presence. From there, we'll open into our community circle - a check-in woven around meaningful themes like identity, belonging, dharma, and what connects us all.

This is your invitation to share as much or as little as feels right for you. There's no pressure, only permission to be exactly where you are. Whether you're processing, celebrating, or simply witnessing, you belong here.

We'll close our time together with a rest-based practice designed to help you access the revolutionary act of true rest - the kind that heals not just our individual spirits, but our collective wounds too.

Come as you are. Bring your humanity. Leave feeling held.

So, this will be to be a no-pressure, judgement-free, learning and connecting opportunity.

People from all marginalised and radicalised communities are welcome.
