A 90 minute authentic yoga experiece that unites vinyasa flow with pranayama (breathwork), meditation and kriya (the yoga of electrcity).

Welcoming to all levels, from those who’ve been practicing for years to those who are just beginning to experience the benefits of yoga.

ABOUT CALEB

Caleb Jude Packham is a powerhouse in the yoga industry. Known as The Wellness Warrior, he is on a mission to tackle stress and mental health issues by inspiring more people to take up yoga. Successfully leading the charge in the ‘men’s yoga revolution’, he is flipping the traditional female-heavy ratios to see men outnumber women in many of his classes.

Turning to yoga as rehab for an injury in 2014, Caleb was hooked on its healing qualities after just one class. His yoga journey then led him to Rishikesh in India where he trained as a Sattva Yoga teacher under world- renowned Yogi, Anand Mehrotra. You can witness for yourself reflections of Mehrotra’s sage influence in Caleb’s teachings.

ABOUT SATTVA YOGA

Originating in the Himalayas, Sattva (pronounced Satt*wa) is way more than the physical practice of yoga; it’s a union of many different yogic paths. Asana (the postures), pranayama (breath work), kriya (yoga of electricity), meditation, mantra and free movement unite to create an authentic yoga experience known as a Sattva Yoga Journey.
