The Elgar Chorale return to The Firs for a coffee concert featuring popular works by Elgar, Vaughan Williams and Rutter.

About this Event

The Elgar Chorale return to The Firs for a coffee concert featuring an hour’s programme celebrating English composers with a little nod to Elgar’s friend and colleague, Gabriel Fauré. He attended the première of Elgar’s First Symphony in 1908 and the two composers enjoyed dinner together afterwards.
