About this event
During the morning we will engage with guided sitting meditation, outdoor walking meditation, qigong and deep relaxation. ( For the deep relaxation please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket. Deep relaxation can also be practiced in your chair. ). There will be indoor activity and outdoor mindful walking. The windows and door will be open and the fire 🔥 will be lighting.
Arrive between 10:15 and 10:30. Ending promptly @ 13:00.
Bring, shoes suitable for outdoor walk, something to drink, yoga mat and or blanket.
We share the practice of mindfulness in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
There are a limited number of spaces to accommodate social distancing.
