GUIDELINES
If you or ANY MEMBER in your home is isolating then stay at home until such time you or the individual in question, has finished the 10-day isolation period. As a club, we ask that each family group has ONLY ONE non rider onsite with them. That means only one parent per family, where possible and if extra family members have to be present, i.e. a non-riding child in your family under 12, then they may be on site with the parent during their siblings session AND they will be expected to follow the below guidelines. This minimises the numbers on site and maximises social distancing opportunities.
The above ensures we are aware of everyone on site within reason and can provide track and trace details should it be required, also if anyone tests Covid-19 positive, we can be fairly certain of the times they were there and who they interacted with, to minimise the number of people who may need to isolate.
We will be offering food & hot drinks & the container will be shut - cash only and where possible, please have change with you. Again 2 meter social distancing must be maintained in the queue.
All parents/guardians are expected to stay on site for the duration of their child’s session. Please don’t leave to go and do your shopping.
Please also listen to any instruction by the club coaches or volunteers.
BE ON TIME!! It's disrespectful to be late & it disrupts the session for all the other riders who did turn up on time. Your rider may not be able to take part in the session if late.
If you have any questions regarding the guidelines, then please ask. by e-mailing hawksbmxclub@gmail.com
As with everything that we do at Hayes Hawks BMX Club - it is always best endeavours. We appreciate that there is a lot of information and instructions above but this is to ensure the safety of our riders, coaches and volunteers.
Please be assured that the sessions will be reviewed on a regular basis and the Club reserves the right to make any adjustments, to ensure the safety of the sessions in order for them to continue.
Thank you - Hayes Hawks BMX Club Committee
