Join me on April 28th for a 45 minute HIIT Pilates workout designed to raise that heart rate while toning, tightening, and strengthening your core and your whole body. All to a great playlist in the lovely MoreYoga Bermondsey studio.


Why HIIT Pilates?

I have been obsesssed with the benefits of Pilates for years; the way you stand taller after a class, the strength you feel after a course of classes. While teaching I thought about the fat loss aspect and how adding a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) element to a classical Pilates class would make for an amazing all over workout. Come, try it and decide for yourself!
