About this Event
This is a 30 minute fitness blast, perfect for getting your weekend started!
We run the session virtually via zoom. All you have to do is roll out of bed, log in and get to it! Once we get your booking we'll send you our zoom codes.
Attendees can go at their own pace and build-up your tempo as and when suits you.
Sessions are delivered by experienced L3 personal trainers and designed to maximise the benefits achieved within the short 30-minute timeframe available.
