Keeping going with our practice is one of the greatest challenges in leading a mindful life. Meeting and meditating with others provides support and encouragment.
During our monthly Saturday morning mini retreats, we practice as we have learned in class, including some gentle mindful movement. We share readings from poetry and texts about mindfulness and enjoy short periods of silence together.
Saturday Mornings at the Mill offer a period of calm reflection, relaxation and provide the still centre we can carry with us throughout the week.
1. These sessions are intended for those who have some experience of mindfulness and may be a little harder to access as a beginner, however, beginners are also welcome.
