You are invited to a sound bath and guided meditation on Saturday 20th September 11am to 12pm.

Feel the calming sensations and healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowl, Tibetan bowl, flow chime, elemental chime and the tongue drum. Feel the powerful yet gentle rythm of the drum. The frequencies at our sound bath session and the calmness of meditation promote the following-

And so much more.... it is time to show up for yourself and give yourself "you time".

Doors open at 10:50am to allow settling down time and doors are closed at 11am to minimise disturbance during session.

Sound baths may not be suitable for those who have a pacemaker, a metal device within the body, a cochlear implant, hearing device, inner ear injury, tinnitus, epilepsy or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Seek GP advice if you have concerns regarding medical contraindications before booking.

Refund Policy

Refunds are automatically issued upon request up to 7 days before the event begins, refunds after this date can not be issued due to venue reservation at the cost of a small business, unless the event organiser cancels the event. Eventbrite's own online booking fee of £1.55 is non refundable.
