Saturday Sound Bath Meditation

You are invited to a sound bath and guided meditation on Saturday 20th September 11am to 12pm.

Feel the calming sensations and healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowl, Tibetan bowl, flow chime, elemental chime and the tongue drum. Feel the powerful yet gentle rythm of the drum. The frequencies at our sound bath session and the calmness of meditation promote the following-

And so much more.... it is time to show up for yourself and give yourself "you time".

Doors open at 10:50am to allow settling down time and doors are closed at 11am to minimise disturbance during session.
