About this event

A session focused on growing food together in an agroecological market garden, for emergency food outlets, our pay-what-you-can-afford Community Supported Agriculture Veg Box Scheme, and other local community groups and not-for-profits.


Tasks include: sowing seeds, preparing veg beds, planting, weeding, watering, harvesting, site maintenance, delivering veg, and other practical site management and maintenance.

We'll also do work managing the orchard (in autumn and winter) and surrounding green space.


Hot drinks and lunch included.
