Savour and delight in the senses and experiences of food.
From harvesting to preparing, cooking to tasting, eating mindfully can develop our appreciation and excitement of food to a much greater depth and enhance mindfulness in everyday life.
This workshop will introduce experiential mindfulness practices to enhance the participants’ exploration of various tastes, flavours and origins of home grown produce from a local allotment. The workshop will culminate in cooking some delicious dishes to share and enjoy.
Spaces are limited to 8 participants.
We are offering the option to pay a £45 non refundable deposit up front. The remaining £100 must be paid 8 weeks before the course begins.
