Savour: Whisky Tasting & Book Reading

Do you want to know how to really taste whisky? Do you know the difference between whisky and whiskey? Are you curious when it comes to flavour? Then this is the book for you.

Savour is a modern guide to one of the world’s most flavour-forward drinks: whisky.

Kristiane Westray fell in love with whisky in 2012 and hasn't stopped writing or talking about it since. A writer, educator, judge, consultant and presenter with a fascination with flavour, she’s a multidisciplinary communicator with a modern approach to spirits storytelling.

Her work has appeared in Whisky Magazine, The Malt Whisky Yearbook, Club Oenologique, The Cocktail Lovers and many more. As a judge in the UK and US, she’s tasted thousands of whiskies from around the world. A passionate advocate for equity in whisky, her work on social media drives education and inclusivity, guided by the approach that whisky is for everyone.

Suntory Global Spirits are custodians of world-renowned whisk(e)y brands such as Laphroaig, Hibiki, Yamazaki, Makers Mark, Bowmore and Jim Beam. Delivering unwavering attention to detail and enduring respect to nature.

Join author of Savour, Kristiane Westray and Suntory global spirits portfolio ambassador Stephanie Peck for an immersive evening chatting, tasting and savouring whisky. Kristiane & Steph will discuss practical tips for tasting, exciting makers, favourite serves and how to build your collection.
