A little bit about the line up:

Liz Beardsell @lizbeardo

Liz has written a diary every day of her life since 1994. That’s close to 9,000 entries. She started sharing her diary entries when asked what she was good at for her ‘committee’ at New Year’s Eve holidays with friends and can be found sharing entries at spoken word nights across London.

Billie P-N @billieloo

Billie P-N is a writer, spoken word artist, and mental health advocate from South London. She loves showing off and talking about her emotions so performance poetry felt like the next natural step! Her collection ‘Micro Poems for Neurotic Babes’ will be released as soon as she stops freaking out about it.

Jenny Foulds @jennywithwords

Jenny is a Scottish Human who has a brain brimming with ridiculous nonsense. She writes poetry about love and friendship and being clumsy. She is the head honcho of Happy Graffiti where she promotes positive vandalism and pure unadulterated joy. Prepare for a whirlwind adventure through the wonderful world of Jenny Foulds.

TStarNay @tstarnay

TStarNay is a dynamic spoken word artist that uses tough personal life experiences to provide social commentary on contemporary issues people are not willing to acknowledge. The artist's work ranges from critiques of social media to popular culture and political climates. When she's not performing poetry, TStarNay is an educator and founder of a social enterprise dedicated to language learning for students from state schools. In the artist own words "many people speak up and stand up but don't keep it up when nobody is looking", explaining the motivation to not just make social critiques but also effect change in her immediate community.

Jess Tucker Boyd @jesstuckerboyd

Jess is a Movement Director, Poet, Performer and Lecturer in Acting & Creative Practice at the University of Northampton. She originally trained as an actor and theatre maker at East 15 Acting School, she later went on to complete an MA in Movement Directing and Teaching at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Ms Runa @runa_stories

Ms Runa tells stories with written or spoken words. Go on a journey through her very human (and often very queer) experiences, or fall into the fantastical worlds and characters she has created. Equipped with the contemplations her therapist provokes, and the humour that trying circumstances sprouts, Ms Runa is a three time Moth StorySlam winner and fantasy writer. Follow her on Instagram @runa_stories.
