In this 30-minute lunchtime workshop, you’ll learn how to say no with confidence and ease — without guilt, people-pleasing, or endless overthinking. We’ll explore how to set healthy boundaries so you can protect your energy, free up time for what really matters, and enjoy life with more calm and clarity.

Drawing on the One of Many® Queen Powertype, you’ll:

  • Learn to recognise when your “Pleaser” self is saying yes too quickly
  • Take a breath before responding, and make decisions that align with your vision and values
  • Discover the art of saying no gracefully without guilt or apology
  • Let go of the “Shoulds” and make space for what you truly want
