Event description
After the success of her 2021 Conference, Racial Inequalities in Maternity Services, Amba Morrell returns with 2022's Bullying in the NHS.

About this event

In 2021 Amba Morrell, Midwifery Student at London South Bank University, conceptualised and produced the Racial Inequalities in Maternity Services Conference, with the support of South Bank Students' Union.

Collaborating again this year Amba and SBSU bring you the FREE Bullying in the NHS Conference. Amba will look at what constitutes bullying and the affect it can have on those working in the NHS.

Guest speakers are Patricia Gillen, Amanda Burleigh and Joy Palmer.

Patricia will present on bullying within the NHS and Amanda will talk about the Say No to Bullying in Midwifery group, whilst Joy will lead a discussion on bullying of black healthcare workers in the NHS.

Other sessions will include information on how bullying can affect maternity services and the increased risk people of colour have of being bullied in the NHS.

If you are affected by any of the issues that may be raised from this event you can contact:
