SYNOPSIS

Scalability with Near Zero Run Cost – A Cloud, Data & AI Perspective In today's cloud-driven world, scalability is no longer just about handling growth—it's about achieving it cost-effectively. Enterprises demand solutions with minimal run costs, optimized build costs, and seamless exit strategies.

As a Data Architect, this session explores how to design scalable, AI-driven data systems that align with the "Zero Cost by Design" non-functional requirement (NFR).

Discussion Points

1. The Cost Paradigm Shift in Cloud & AI

2. Architecting for Near Zero Run Cost

3. AI & Data Engineering at Minimal Cost

4. Case Studies Applicability

• Cloud Architects optimizing cost-performance trade-offs

• Data & AI Practitioners building scalable, low-cost analytics

• FinOps & Business Leaders ensuring cost-efficient innovation

Attendees will understand how to scale intelligently while keeping run costs near zero, ensuring sustainable and efficient cloud, data, and AI ecosystems.
