Event description

Description

The importance of Scale-up is now well-recognised but there is a gap in understanding the specific challenges and provision of practical guidance and tools to meet the challenges. The objectives of this event are to:

  • provide an environment where leaders of scale-up businesses can share their perceptions and challenges
  • unpack the Scale-up Journey and understand the key Vectors which drive Scale-up
  • discuss the practical implications of this for Strategy, Tactics and Execution Plans.

And so, at the event we will answer questions such as:

  • How do leaders define the maturity of their firms in the context of their scale-up journey?
  • What specific Vectors do leaders need to focus on, based on their maturity?
  • What tools and insights can leaders draw on to improve the chances of success?
  • What are the Strategic Leadership Implications?

Who should attend?

We invite founders and employees of fast growth, scale-up businesses to join us along with leadership specialists and those managing communities of scale-up businesses.
