The Food For Thought workshops are specifically tailored to food & drink businesses, aiming to provide inspiration, business development skills and networking opportunities.

Growing a business is tough, there are many jobs to do and lots of decisions to make. It's inevitable that not all of those decisions will be the right ones, but how do you give yourself the best chance of success?

This workshop will focus on strategies to help manage your business as it grows; keeping your eyes on your goals during the highs and the lows. This will be a day of constructive and open discussion for all ambitious food and beverage producers. Topics for discussion include:

  • getting your product to your perfect customers

  • building your backup team to enable the growth to continue

  • where to find the backing you need to realise your potential

All in all strategies to make sure that sales opportunities in 2020 benefit your business as well as your customers.

We will be hearing from successful entrepreneurs Amanda Stansfield (Granny Gothards Ice Cream), Paula Golby (Cooper Golding Recruitment) and Susie Kevern (Pound Lane Financial Management).

The day will be packed full of ideas, experience and suggestions.
