About this event

This interactive session explores the challenges of managing your people through uncertainty, whilst keeping a focus on productivity and efficiency.

This starts at the top, so we will focus on leading through change, building a team of leaders, supporting the team and taking everyone along with you. We will talk about resilience, engaging the team and workforce planning.

Due to the timing, we will also have some time for questions at the end on specific coronavirus issues including furloughs, redundancies and reduced hours and salaries.

In this session we will look at:

• Leading from the top: how to hold the context and the big picture.

• Supporting leaders throughout the business

• Managing in a time of rapidly changing priorities

• Motivation and high performance

• Supporting the team in times of challenge

• Workforce planning for the future

Open to all CEOs, Founders, FDs and Ops Directors.

Our current coronavirus guidance is all available at https://www.peoplepuzzles.co.uk/news/

About the speaker, Ally Maughan:

Ally Maughan started People Puzzles in 2010 because early in her career she recognised that people problems were often the biggest, single factor holding a company back from growth.

Nine years later, and with her hand-picked team of over 50 experienced People Directors, Ally has personally worked with more than 100 SME and mid-tier companies and is now leading a national scale-up business herself.

Results oriented, Ally delivers her own blend of business insight with direct, practical advice firmly based on commercial realities and outcomes. Her specialist knowledge includes people management, organisational structure and change management for efficient use of people and resources.
