Scanxiety- Hypnotherapy workshop for brain tumour patients and caregivers

That familiar wave of worry before a scan? You’re not alone.

This session builds on what you’ve already learned and brings fresh focus to understanding and managing scanxiety. We’ll explore how fear affects your body and mind, and help you personalise strategies so you feel more in control of the processes and procedures before, during, and after scans.

This session is for people who are new to brainstrust online hypnotherapy sessions or have attended an introductory session.

You will be asked to have your camera on, to have access to a chair or bed, and be free from distractions.

Our sessions are open to brain tumour patients and caregivers only and spaces are limited and all expertly led by Louise Baker.

About Louise Baker, MSc:

Louise Baker, an MSc graduate in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health from King's College London, is a highly experienced therapist with over 20 years in the field. She integrates various therapeutic methods including psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), bilateral stimulation techniques, breathwork, psycho-sensory techniques, hypnotherapy,transactional analysis, and coaching to provide tailored support for her clients.
