Being ambitious for every child – next steps for reaching back earlier for our care experienced learners.

The Hub for Success and partners will share an insight into Learning Explorers, a recent pilot with P7 classes in Edinburgh. This project aims to reach back earlier to inspire all children, including those from a care experienced background, to be curious about college and university. The pilot was co-designed and delivered with several college and university partners, the local authority, and Hub Student Ambassadors.
This practice sharing event aims to inspire and make connections between professionals who are interested in widening access work with younger learners. We will encourage participants to share experiences and explore and discuss opportunities for widening access at earlier stages in the education journey.
