Deepen Your Essential Oil Journey

Take your knowledge to the next level! This friendly course is designed for those who have completed the beginners class and want to explore essential oils in greater depth.

Learn advanced blending techniques and gain confidence in using oils safely and effectively for a variety of purposes. Unlock new ways to incorporate essential oils into your lifestyle and boost your wellbeing naturally.

We’ll talk about how different smells can lift your mood and create positive feelings. We’ll also explore how the brain processes scents and how this links to our memories and emotions.

You will have the opportunity to make simple products using essential oils for home use.

*Suitable for people who have completed the Beginners course.

Times & Attendance

Starts: Monday 12 January

Time: 10am - 12 noon

Location: St Sidwell's Community Centre

We start at 10am and finish at 12 noon. There will be a short break. There is a cafe onsite but bring your own refreshments if you prefer.

Commitment: we ask that learners try to commit to the full 5-week course to enable everyone to get the most from the sessions.

Courses are popular and we run a waitlist on our Eventbrite courses. Please cancel your ticket or advise us before the course starts if you are no longer able to attend so we can offer your place to somebody else.
